Environments are cards that can be played in Ground lanes. Unlike fighters, they cannot attack. Instead, they provide special abilities to characters that are placed in them. Environments can only be destroyed when another environment is played on top of it.
Both plants and zombies can play environments.
The only way to Bounce an environment is with an Excavator Zombie.
The only way to destroy an environment is when Squirrel Herder destroys Planet of the Grapes.
